Bikini by 30, a blog

Check out this blog, sent to me by my husband who had it sent to him by a woman named Mandy who follows his blog, The Year in Pictures (for you photo buffs out there it's at http://www.pictureyear.blogspot.com). This one is about a woman who is trying to get in shape for her 30th and she is nearing her goal.

The first post I read was about the kitchen being her playground, and how she likes to make a healthy dinner for herself each night, as a way of unwinding (tenth room, bathroom and ktichen combined). I hope you like it.

Please send me suggestions of other blogs you find interesting and that are about the topics covered in The Nine rooms: happiness and trying to be the best we can be, inside and out. And finding our purpose, getting over life's imperfections, and the search for meaning.

Enjoy!

I am so thrilled to be mentioned! Thank you! I am really looking forward to diving into The Nine Rooms of Happiness. My fitness journey has definitely included some much needed toning up on the inside as well as out. There are such spiritual and emotional elements to address when dealing with taking control of your health. The kitchen is definitely an important room in my house! I was frustrated by something on Sunday and spent three hours of cleaning therapy scouring my kitchen and working it out! It felt great!

Lucy, you're an industry hero of mine and I can't wait to read Nine Rooms! I hope you'll take a moment to check out my blog, The Broke-Ass Bride, which not only provides bad-ass inspiration on a broke-ass budget, but the deeper mission seeks to empower and inspire people to turn life’s obstacles into opportunities, and carve their own path to make their dreams come true. We'll also be launching a sister site in the coming months specifically for lifestyle, which I'm completely thrilled about!!

Keep up the amazing work!
